COMMUNITY QUESTION: My antibodies are too low for RA medication - alternative remedies for pain?

Kimberly asks: 'My rheumatologist referred me to pain management because I had to go off every med that was for RA due to my antibodies being severely low. Today will my first infusion of Igg antibodies. With no RA medication I am in extreme pain and not one doctor, except for my pain management doctor, can give me something long-lasting. I have had every single medication taken away. I just got out of the hospital with pericarditis because RA attacked the lining of my heart - talk about pain. I have always done what I'm suppose to when it came to pain medications and passed all my surprise drug tests but I'm now unable to take anything. Do you have any suggestions or natural ways to relieve pain?'
