I also have high ridges growing out on my fingernails since starting biologics. The tops of my nails are flattened, with sharp ridges on the sides. The nail splits up the nail along the ridges into the nail bed and peels away. Anyone else experiencing this? I also take methotrexate (with folic acid), Sulfasalazine, and hydroxychloroquine. Now I take a biotin supplement, too, but so far no improvement.
